  • Our clinical software provider (Semble):who process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement

  • Our website provider (Wix): for website hosting and technical operations

  • Insurers: where you have asked us to liaise with your health insurer

We require all third parties to maintain appropriate security of your data and to use it only for the purposes we specify.
 

How long we keep your data
 

We retain clinical records in line with NHS and professional guidance:

  • Adult patient records: a minimum of 8 years from the date of last treatment

  • Children's records: until the patient's 25th birthday, or 26th if they were 17 at the end of treatment

  • Medicolegal records: as required by the instructing party and relevant legal obligations

  • Website enquiry data: 2 years from the date of last contact

After these periods, data is securely destroyed.
